Faculty of ArtComputational social science is an inherently interdisciplinary field. CCSS is a cross-department effort, with support from Sociology, Psychology, Geography, Economics, Linguistics, Political Science, Public Policy and Global Affairs, and Philosophy. Our Core Faculty include those using computational methods to study society, those adapting and building tools to enable this research, faculty developing legal and ethical frameworks to enable this research and understand the impact of data and technology on society, and faculty examining the impact of data and technology on society from a critical perspective.
